What if I run out of credits before the month ends?
If you are on a subscription and run out of credits before the next refill, you can upgrade to the next plan.
What are credits?
Credits are what Kidgeni uses to create art, stories and more. It takes credits to generate everything in Kidgeni.
What if I want to cancel?
We'll be extremely sad :(. But we want to make it as easy as possible for you to manage your account. To cancel, simply log into your account dashboard and click the billing button to manage your account or email us at support@kidgeni.com
How does credit refills work?
At the beginning of your billing cycle, subscribed accounts will refill with more credits.
What’s your refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not refund credit purchases.
When do I get charged?
If you signed up for a monthly plan, you'll be charge every month on the date of subscription. If you are on an annual plan, you'll be charged every calendar year on the day of subscription.
