Information We Collect and Use From the AppWe collect personal and usage information when a parent or guardian (“you”) downloads and uses the App. We generally do not ask for personal information about your child during sign-up or App use, and we will never require it.
Information You Provide UsWhen you subscribe to services through the App, the app store (Apple, Google, Amazon) may share your information with us if you’ve consented. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for support, send us an email, complete a survey, or communicate with us in other ways.
Art Generations, Story Creations, and Book CreationsAs part of the creative process in the Kidgeni App, your child may generate art, stories, or books. These creations are temporarily stored on your device and on our servers while you are actively using them. We cannot identify your child based on these creations, and we do not use this content for any purpose other than helping you manage and share it.
- Art Generations: When your child generates artwork within the App, it is temporarily saved on your device and can be shared if you choose. We do not access this artwork unless it’s shared for technical support or similar purposes.
- Story Creations: Stories created by your child are similarly stored on your device and temporarily on our servers. We do not have access to these stories unless you decide to share them.
- Book Creations: Books created using the App are handled the same way. They are saved locally and temporarily on our servers if you choose to share them.
- Drawings: Drawings made by your child using the Kidgeni scribble feature are handled the same way. They are saved locally and temporarily on our servers if you choose to share them.
At no point do we collect personal information related to these creations or use them for purposes other than to facilitate sharing and app functionality.
PaymentsSubscription payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not collect or handle your payment information. The only data we receive is a unique Subscriber ID generated by the app stores.

Device DataWe may collect data about your device (e.g., hardware model, operating system version, preferred language, unique identifiers). This data is used solely for internal operations and to personalize your experience in the App.
Anonymous Usage DataWe collect anonymous usage data, such as the duration of activities and any technical issues or bugs encountered. This helps us understand how the App is used and improve it over time. We do not attempt to identify specific users through this data.
