Terms of Service

Kidgeni is a creative AI platform where children make art, stories, and books inside an account managed by a parent, guardian, or teacher. By creating an account you confirm you are an adult, you accept these terms on behalf of your family, and you agree to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

You are responsible for your account and for the kid profiles you create under it. Kids access Kidgeni with a username and PIN under your account; keeping those credentials safe — and deciding which Spaces your kids join — is in your hands, with tools from us.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled and refill your Sparks each month; unused subscription Sparks reset at each refill, while purchased Spark packs don't expire. Prices are shown at checkout, payment is processed by Stripe, and you can cancel any time — your plan runs to the end of the paid period.

Your family owns its creations. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service (storing, displaying, and sharing creations where you choose). We do not use your family's content for advertising or to train AI models.

The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Attempting to generate unsafe content, harass others, or circumvent safety systems may lead to content removal, suspension, or termination. AI-generated content can be imperfect; the safety layer is designed to keep what reaches children appropriate, and we ask you to report anything that slips through.

You may close your account at any time; deletion follows the Privacy Policy's 30-day process. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Kidgeni is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced by email or in the product, and continued use after they take effect is acceptance.
